My order unfortunately ran into a shipping...

"My order unfortunately ran into a shipping-timing issue, but Kendra could not have been kinder or more professional in addressing it. She genuinely listened to my concerns, was honest, took responsibility for where communication could have been better, and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. That level of care and accountability is rare and speaks volumes about her as a seller. I truly appreciated how thoughtfully she handled everything! The purse is beautiful, too."
