What a disappointment

"I ordered 3 of the matte cups for my grandkids. Arrived, adorable. They loved having their own cup with their name on it. Unfortunately, the joy was short lived as each dropped their cup and the inside liner broke away from the outside cup and could not be fixed. When I notified customer service, they thank you for alerting them, very sorry and offered a small discount so I could purchase new ones. One of the cups didn't last 24 hours! Beware, photos are cute, quality is cheap, customer service is zero."
