    In the last two months I have purchased from 8 other etsy shops. I am not a fan of this one and won't be purchasing from here again. It took 19 days to process 3 bags with names. I paid for a custom decal and was promised a mock up that I didn't get until days after promised. At that point it was taking 4 or 5 days to get her to respond to me at all and the mock up looked rushed, wasn't what we discussed and half done so I just asked her to upgrade the shipping, which she recommended and I probably wouldn't had to have done had it been processed in the time frame it said when I ordered it. One bag came messed up, which she offered to make a new one but I needed it 3 days after I received the first ones so I knew there wasn't time to make a new one, so I asked for a refund. Seller and quality just wasn't there for me.
