Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business and the majority of our items being custom, only a few items are available for return. If your product is damaged during shipment, reach out to us so we can send a replacement!

Once your package is shipped, an email with tracking info is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Shipping time will then vary depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout. If you can't find the email with tracking, please contact us and we'll forward it your way.

Please note that beginning April 1, 2020, USPS and UPS suspended all guaranteed services. However, UPS is very reliable and we recommend that you choose this carrier if on a time crunch as they rarely have delays.

Up to $100 insurance is included in with your order, we can submit a claim with your carrier to replace or refund your order up to $100. Just contact us with your order details and we can help!
