Location: Richardson, TX
Sprinkled With Pink is on the hunt for a motivated self-driven individual who’s looking to grow with our company! The warehouse associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, ensuring quality standards are met for every order, inventory management and all warehouse responsibilities for the company.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
- Deadline and task obsessed - ensuring all shipping deadlines are met daily including rush and express orders.
- Detail oriented - all orders must be QC’d for accuracy and shipped correctly - achieving <1% error rate
- Self-starter; for example, you see an issue with our process or with a product and you find the best way to fix it quickly
- Coachable and resourceful and excited to grow and learn; you will be getting feedback to improve your work, leadership and the process.
- Committed to excellence - no orders can go out the door incorrect
- Trustworthy, you are holding the key to the customer’s happiness so transparency and direct communication with the production manager and your team is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shipping:
- Daily management of outgoing orders
- QC - ensure the order is accurate and quality standards are met (since we are custom monogram shop, every order is very different and requires extreme attention to detail)
- Ensuring everything is prepped for the day (boxes)
- Remain a key user for shipping management software (i.e. Shipstation) - you will be the subject matter expert, manage automations within the software and create efficiencies within the process
- Help produce, if needed
- Problem solving - in production/shipping something can easily go wrong so being prepared and willing to jump in to resolve quickly
- Key contact with shipping providers, negotiating contracts for best pricing.
- Leading shipping efficiencies for each product to ensure lowest shipping costs while still protecting products.
- Lead for new product launches
Warehouse:
- Receiving - QC and record inventory received, manage large container deliveries
- PO Management
- Warehouse management - maintain and organize the most efficient floor plan/storage of goods to maximize warehouse space, reduce product loss and efficiency for the production team.
- Reorder - monitor inventory levels and communicate reorders to team as necessary
- Work with team to schedule quarterly physical inventory counts
- Ordering and managing all brand collateral and warehouse materials
- Strategic management of shipping materials to ensure fully stocked warehouse according to seasonal assortment of products and meeting budget goals of __%
- Handling and disposal of materials
- Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse
SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Relevant warehouse experience ideal
- Good project management skills, including significant decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Ability to analyze situations and problem solving
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- 2-4 year degree a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solutions oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Computer savvy skills and be comfortable using MS Excel
- Product Mgmt or Creation a plus
