Loyalty Program

Party Squad, Sprinkled With Pink's loyalty program (the “Program") is offered by Sprinkled With Pink, LLC. ("Company") to customers making purchases and to potential customers on sprinkledwithpinkshop.com. Company will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") form the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company with respect to the Program.

Members' Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.

Company's Right To Change/Cancel Program

Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Company, in its sole and absolute discretion. All Program benefits are available to U.S. residents who meet criteria. Some Program benefits may not be available to International residents.

Membership Enrollment

Individuals can enroll by creating an account at sprinkledwithpinkshop.com. Member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures.

Program Communications

Company will communicate with Members about marketing via email, SMS and other channels, including information about special Member promotions, offers and more. Company will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Company may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Returns and Refunds

Merchandise returns and refunds must be made in accordance with Company's return policy available here. Upon the return and/or refund of an item, the spend amount applied to Program status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account.

Eligibility Purchases

Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at sprinkledwithpinkshop.com, count toward your Program status. The purchase of a Sprinkled With Pink gift card will be applied to earnings. Additional items may be excluded from earning accumulation at the sole discretion of Company.

Valid Email Addresses

A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates.

Right to Revoke

Company reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Program and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, a Member abuses any of the Program privileges, fraudulently uses the Program, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.

No Transfer

Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

In addition to any other requirement and/or limitation that may be communicated to Members at the time a benefit is offered, the following shall apply:

Party Points

• Sprinkled With Pink Party Squad members are eligible to accumulate and redeem Party Points (“Points”) by making purchases on sprinkledwithpinkshop.com. Points earned per dollar spent is determined by tier status. Accumulated points may only be redeemed on purchases made at sprinkledwithpinkshop.com. For information click here. If Sprinkled With Pink Party Squad members take no action to earn or redeem points within 1 year (12 months) of initial date of points being accumulated Sprinkled With Pink points shall expire accrued but unused redeemable points on or after the last day of activity. Company may, at its discretion, send you periodic notifications to remind you that your Redeemable points will expire upon the 1 year / 12th months of inactivity. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your account and points status.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Points have no purpose or use except to apply purchases on sprinkledwithpink.com.
  
• Your Points cannot be redeemed by, or sold or otherwise transferred.
• Upon termination of your registration for any reason, all Points are lost to the extent permitted by law, regardless of how they were acquired by you.
• Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements as established and intended by Sprinkled With Pink, and you shall not attempt to earn Points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot or other automated means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements.
• Sprinkled With Pink's good faith determination of the amount of Points available to you hereunder shall be final and binding.

Birthday Discount

• Party Squad members are eligible to receive an annual birthday discount at sprinkledwithpinkshop.com. Offer will be sent via email. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.

Early Sale Access

• Party Squad members are eligible to receive early access to promotional sales during the year. Terms of offer are subject to change.
