Warehouse & Quality Control Associate

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is all about making sure our products leave the warehouse looking perfect and get to our customers on time. You’ll be:

• Quality Checking (QC): Inspecting custom products like monogrammed bags, embroidered accessories, and vinyl designs to ensure they’re flawless before shipping
• Shipping Orders: Carefully packing orders so they’re delivered quickly, safely, and in style
• Teamwork: Working hand-in-hand with our Warehouse Lead to complete daily tasks and keep operations running smoothly
• Restocking & Pulling Inventory: Keeping shelves stocked, pulling inventory for production, and maintaining organized inventory systems
• Warehouse Upkeep: Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
• Jumping In Where Needed: Every day looks a little different, so flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed is key

What We’re Looking For

• A keen eye for detail — you’ll catch things others might miss
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• A team player who communicates well and enjoys helping others
• Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 30 lbs throughout the day
• Warehouse, QC, or shipping experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated learners
