(I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and needed this toiletry bag. ) Kendra not only replied to me quickly, she explained her usual turnaround times for personalization of an item. Based on her timing, we agreed that she would mail the item without customization so it would arrive before my trip. Well, the package just arrived and KENDRA TOOK THE TIME TO EMBROIDER IT ANYWAY!
